Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products can only be returned if they are new, unopened, unused, and in their original intact packaging, with the protective film and seals still in place.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
